WEEK 9-10 LESSON PLANS
TECHNIQUE
Today we are going to learn how to dribble and stop the ball using the sole of our foot.
IMPORTANCE
Dribbling and stopping the ball using the sole of your foot is important because it improves your rhythm, balance and control of the ball by using the soles of your foot.
When dribbling around objects while jogging, it is important to:
1. Place foot on top of the ball (the ball does not move).
2. Put your arms straight out to the sides (like an airplane).
