STORYLINE
Today we are playing Pac-Man Tag. In this game, you are dribblers dribbling your basketball on the pac-man lines. Your goal is to avoid being tagged by the pac-man and be the last dribbler left.

INSTRUCTIONS

• I will select one camper to be pac-man (tagger).
• The rest of the group will be dribblers and must find a place on any line on the court with their basketball.
• When I say, “GO!” begin dribbling on the line to avoid the pac-man. 
• If you are a pac-man, open and close your arms like a giant mouth. 
• If you get tagged or go off the line, then you become a pac-man. 
• If you lose control of your ball, quickly retrieve it and keep dribbling. 
• We will begin a new game when there is one dribbler left. 

TEACHING TIPS

• Approach: Remind students to place their ball out-of-bounds when they become pac-man. 
• Approach: Demonstrate how the pac-man should open and close their arms.
