STORYLINE
Today we are playing Zombies and Humans. Your goal is to avoid being tagged and becoming a zombie.
INSTRUCTIONS
I will select a tagger (zombie) and a doctor (healer).
Before the game begins, spread out into the field.
When I say, “GO!” the zombie will try and tag you.
Taggers may only use a two-finger butterfly tag.
If you are tagged, you must sit down and you have 10 seconds for a doctor to heal you before you become a zombie.
If you are not healed you must join the zombies and try to tag other players.
We will begin a new round when there is one survivor left and I will select a new tagger and a new doctor.
TEACHING TIPS
Approach: Play on a half-field only.
Approach: Depending on class size, increase the number of taggers and doctors.
Approach: Have the tagger wear a flag to tell who they are.
